We just purchased an Apple iPad Pro Tablet (128GB, Wi-Fi, 9.7in) tablet. The screen randomly goes black. I've tried all of the suggested solutions and they don't work. Is this a common problem with these?

Where was this iPad Pro purchased?
Is it new, refurbished or used?
We bought it on Amazon and yes it is reburfished. After reading more information I think we have it figured out now.
