Why is my card invalid

I’m trying to make an in app purchase and it won’t let me because it says it’s invalid but it is not. This is not the first time this has happened it’s REALLY ******* ANNOYING it’s valid so ******* fix this.

Talk with your card's issuer. Please read Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question. We are here to help. We are all users. We are not mind-readers nor clairvoyants. We only know what you write down and tell us. Be specific and thorough. Include your hardware information and installed version of macOS.
