Hiding the password/payment shortcut bar on the keyboard

There is an additional bar at the top of my keyboard that exists only to provide shortcuts to passwords and payment methods.

Websites don't register it as part of my keyboard, and the bar winds up hiding part of my text input boxes with no option to scroll down further.

How do I get rid of this thing? I've looked in all the settings I can think of with no luck.
