I’m trying to view a folder I’ve saved on my iPhone with a bunch of important information but I’m getting the following error;
I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried again but nothing happens, the folder appears as if still saved on my iPhone but only when I search for it.
i am an iCloud client. Should i try to look there too?

To confirm, are you having any issues opening other folders or files you have saved in Files on your iOS device? Or, is this folder the only one giving you troubles?
Can you recall any specific changes being done to your iPhone when you first noticed the folder had become inaccessible?
Did you try logging into iCloud to see if the folder is located there and if it is, can it be opened successfully?
Do you still have this folder on that WeTransfer app you originally used to get it to Files?
If you do have access to the original folder and it's content on that app you mentioned, can you try moving it to your iPhone again as new? Feel free to check out Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch for more ways to add files into the Files app on your device.

Have you ever been able to access this specific folder on your iPhone?
Is this folder saved under the Files app on your iPhone, or somewhere else?
Does this specific file open on any other devices you may have it on?
You could certainly check iCloud from a computer browser if you think its saved there, to see if it opens successfully from there. Let me know.

i used the WeTransfer app back in March to get the file, yes of course I was able to access them from the very first moment I got them.
no it does not open anywhere else and yes it is saved on the Files app.

-No, only this one

-Nope, not at all

-Yes and it did not work
Do you still have this folder on that WeTransfer app you originally used to get it to Files?
-No cause it was sent via a temporary link through my email
i was able to contact the photographer and thankfully he had a backup to my files so I have them back but I’m still pretty upset this just randomly happened.
