Can’t pair my watch series 3 even manually!

I’m having a hard time getting my new apple series 3 watch to pair with my iPhone. I’ve tried both suggested ways in the watch app and even manually it won’t pair.

It saying it’s paired and then when I select set up watch it says it failed to pair.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
