I have two phones one for work one personal but when you make a phone call or receive a phone call it shows up on both phones how do I fix that so it does not do it

This is because you are using same Apple ID and have activated Calls on the devices.
Do this on both iPhones
Settings > Phone > Calls on other devices > [Deselect a device which you do not want calls on]
