My Apple ID is bounded on an german app store.
How can i use a 30$ app store card from new zealand. I have 0,45€ on my german account.
I can't switch to the new zealand app store until i get 0,45€ on my Account.
It seems useless to get an apple gift card.

Which country do you live in, Germany or New Zealand, or somewhere else ? If you don't live in Germany contact iTunes Support in your real country and ask them to remove the balance from the account so that you can put your true country on it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you actually live ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
