MacBook Pro Connection issue

I can't seem to connect to my internet server with my MacBook Pro. All other Apple devices in my home have no problem connecting. I had a visit from a Spectrum service tech today and everything else is fine. He said it is an apple issue. Help Please!

brand new MacBook Pro 2019 won't connect to internet (except apple store??) Hi, I have 3 laptops- one is brand new out of the box. Only the older MacBook Air is connecting to my internet service. I've purchased a new router and I still cannot connect. It says it's connected. Why are 2 out of 3 computers unable to connect to my internet service? Thanks for any help.
