iPhone 5c health app and watch are no longer syncing

Is there a work around for me to get my apple health app on iPhone 5c and my watch app to sync exercise and heart rate data?

The 5C will not. You would need an iPhone 6 or later.

Fitness app sync issue to health app Hi, I am using the iPhone 11 and Apple Watch series 5. Health App on Iphone wont Sync with activity app on apple watch I have the iPhone Xs Max Software version 14.4.2 and the iPhone Watch 6 series software version 7.3.3. For some reason my health app on my iPhone will not sync my steps to my watch. I know that it does this because i have seen others do it but for some reason my will no. I have scoured the internet to fix this by resting, making sure motion and fitness are on and all that but nothing seems to work. I am about to return the watch because one of the reason it was because of this feature since I can not wear my watch at work.
