Fitness app sync issue to health app

Hi,

I am using the iPhone 11 and Apple Watch series 5. Since updating to ios14 and watch os7 my movement data is no longer syncing to the Apple health app. I have trying un pairing and re pairing my watch. Along with restarting my phone. When I look in the health app under the data sources and access my recent watch data seems to glitch it is available to view for a few seconds however it disappears.

Any advice is much appreciated.
