Apple Music

So I decided to try out Apple Music for the family and I got the 3 month trail and when I put in my pass word it didn’t work so I went to try it again and it says sorry you have already been give the Apple Music trial how do i fix this?

If it says you have already been given the Apple Music trial, then apparently you subscribed, then unsubscribed, then tried to re-subscribe. During that last action, you were no longer a new subscriber, thus strictly speaking you do not qualify for the trial period.

Try contacting the iTunes Store staff, to see if they can help, by adjustments to your account. iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support
