web search content, screentime for my kiddo
What does the "web search content" allow or not allow? If I don't allow, will he not be able to use the web at all?

It is under Siri Section.
That means Siri cannot be used for Web Search.
Web Content is just above that
Restrict Siri web search
To restrict Siri features:
- Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap Content Restrictions.
- Scroll down to Siri, then choose your settings.
You can restrict these Siri features:
- Web Search Content: Prevent Siri from searching the web when you ask a question
- Explicit Language: Prevent Siri from displaying explicit language
