Yamaha S90 ES not controlling all instruments

I have two midi controllers that i use in Logic, a 49 key Komplete Kontrol and a Yamaha S90 ES. All of a sudden the Yamaha isn't controlling all plug ins. It will control most, but some (for example UVI Falcon & Omnisphere Keyscape) aren't being triggered. The Komplete Kontrol is working flawlessly on everything. Whats even more confusing to me is that the control bar in Logic is getting the correct info from the Yamaha, its just not triggering those plug ins. This set up has been working for me without incident up until a week ago. I don't think anything changed in my set up (no updates etc). Im on an older mac so I'm running El Capitan.
