Apple Music Won't load on Macbook

It works no problem on my iPhone, but won't load in iTunes on my mac. I restarted both iTunes and the laptop itself and also change DNS. I don't know what OS I have or version of iTunes, because I don't where to find this. If you can help I'd appreciate it.

If you haven't already, I recommend that you make sure you have authorized your computer:

Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support

Get help with iCloud Music Library - Apple Support


To find out which version of macOS you're running, select  > About This Mac.


To check for iTunes updates: Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
