adding/removing devices

There used to be a way in the itunes app to see which devices were authorized, and to add and remove them. I need to remove old computers and add my new one. How? I have a PC.

Deleting Devices I'm trying to authorize a PC in order to use iTunes. Apple says I already have 5 devices authorized, but when I look on my phone I only see 3 listed? Why does it say I have 5 devices authorized when it only shows 4 on the list? New laptop, finally getting to using iTunes, and it says I'm not authorized... makes sense. But it says that I already have 5 devices authorized. Look at my account, get rid of the old dead phones, but I only have 4 devices -- iphone, MacPro, iPad, and this new Macbook. I logged out and back in, no change. I tried to "deauthorized" this computer (which apparently isn't authorized). Is there a place I should be looking for more details? I thought that when I migrated everything to the new computer it would transfer this, and I was obviously incorrect. Or do I just need to wait for everything to run through the Apple system?

how can I add a 6th computer to my account, and I deleted 2 devices,and it states that I now still have 5 devices,what am I doing wrong? I have 5 devices authorized, removed 2 , and it shows I still have 5 autherized, what can I do? on my laptop
