Does Bedtime work on Watch?

The bedtime alarm on my iPhone doesn’t seem to sync with my watch. When my bedtime alarm goes off on the phone, nothing happens to my watch. However, the watch will go off when it’s a standard alarm. Any thoughts?

Apple Watch series 3 timer and alarm sync issue I have an iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 13.7 and an Apple Watch series 3 on 6.2.8 and for some reason the alarm and timer isn’t syncing anymore. For example if I set a 10 sec timer on my iPhone, the timer goes off on the phone but the Apple Watch doesn’t sync it and stays quiet and the notification for it doesn’t appear. This also happens with the alarm too.

No wake alarm on watch when iPhone is awake I use the haptic wake alarm set by Sleep as my alarm clock and I missed an early appointment this morning because the alarm went off on my iPhone (which was in another room) instead of my watch. I use an app that controls a Harmony Hub, which controls my home entertainment centre and the app has an option to prevent the phone from sleeping while it is in use. Last night I turned off the TV etc. but left the app open, which kept the phone awake all night. I'm assuming that, seeing the phone as awake, Sleep assumed I was using it and sent the alarm to the phone instead of the watch. Is there a way to make the alarm go off on the watch regardless of whether the phone is asleep or awake?

It appears that Bedtime is available on the iPhone only.
