Two factor authentication

My icloud and apple id have a two factor authentication and its protected by my phone number but recently my country got a new "phone code"+383 before we were using the Slovenian one +386 so we had to change, i forgot to change it and flashed my iphone 7 and it required to reenter my password and to send me my new verification code but the codes were not coming and i was stuck with a semi opened icloud/apple id i read online to press passwords and security un my iCloud but every time i press it asked me for a password after i wrote the password i was required a verification code, this is my problem if someone can help me i would be thankful.

Based on a few other posts, I'm not sure Apple knows about the area code change. Contact Apple ID Support.
