Stolen iPhone

My iPhone was stolen. I’ve since gotten a new one and initiated an erase of data through “Find my iPhone”. My device still says it’s offline. So nothing has happened yet.

Today i I received this iMessage:

【Find My iPhone】 

Your iCloud “photo stream” information is being restored into the iPhone of Mr. Jack. As this is a remote synchronous operation, you are strongly recommended to timely acces https://Apple.slgn-in-gps-id.us and click the “Interception” at the upper right to invalid this operation if it is not done by you in person.

how do I prevent this person from accessing my information on my stolen iPhone?

Its fake. Do not go to the link, and do not provide any personal details there.

Its a scam trying to get your details precisely so they can access your device.

the domain it's asking you to sign into is

slgn-in-gps-id.us

this website has nothing to do with apple.

if your device is locked and the code is unknown to whoever has it then the device is not hackable and Apple will not assist anyone but the owner with recovering anything.

If you did not provide your password or any personal details, you should be fine. Though if you want to change the password there's nothing wrong with that either.

Thank you guys so much! I did go to the website but I am slightly aware of phishing attempts and noticed the webpage was the same layout as the “find my iPhone” page that I can access through the actual app on my phone. I didn’t provide any info but now I feel like I need to change my Apple ID password again. You guys are amazing!

Notice on the site you linked the lock icon is greyed out in Safari. This is not an Apple site

Now look at the one for iCloud, which is what you should be using to access Find My Phone from the web. It has been identified as legitimate.

If you used your user/pass for the one above I highly suggest you change your ID now
