Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

@mac.com email going to junk

Since changing to my @mac.com email address I have experienced emails regularly going to the recipients Junk mailbox. Is this common with the Apple addresses? Is there a setting I might have missed? Is there a way around the problem?

Have the recipients tried resetting the junk mail filter in their mail program and on their email provider's web site? If their email provider is marking the emails as junk, there is nothing you can do.


I've never had problems when using my iCloud email address.
