Hi guys if an IPhone is blocked on a network carrier using the IMEI number or the serial number will it also go onto iPhones data base that the phone is blacklisted?

Blacklisting has nothing to do with Apple.
The message regarding having been replaced means that the phone is not eligible for service or support from Apple at all. Whoever has it will not be able to trade it in with Apple or get it repaired or replaced if they were ever to try.
Either it was replaced by Apple as defective and not returned as it should have been or it was reported stolen from stock on during shipping.
Do NOT buy that phone.
Sorry no. You can ask your current/future carrier to do that.

we're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. please check your information and re-enter your serial number——-> does this show that an iPhone was stolen or does it show that it was replaced with a new iPhone please explain this
Thanks so much makes sense btw I’m In Africa it’s 15:44 in Zimbabwe in particular and we do not have an apple shop here except Licensed sellers but I have made it a habit to check the serial numbers before purchasing and it is my first time seeing this message. So what Apple is saying the previous owner of this phone requested a replacement for it and apple replaced it to them already ??
So if it is blacklisted on my Carrier Apple won’t see that or pick it up ?
