Keychain passwords
my iPhone recently stopped working so I went to the apple store and received a replacement. After transferring my data to the new phone, non of my auto fill passwords are saved. How can I fix this?

Keychain passwords are not stored in the backup. They are stored in the cloud and should reappear when you enable Keychain again.

The support article states that if you turn Keychain off on another device, that removes it from the cloud. Any chance that you did that?

Keychain needs to be enabled at the iCloud, if it's not there so no way to get it back.
Did you enable Keychain in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>Keychain>On?
It is enabled in iCloud. I never turned it off and it still is not there.
Yes that is enabled, still not on my phone. I setup my new iPhone from a backup and for some reason keychain passwords did not come over. I always save them
