Tiny Scratches on Watch Screen

Has anyone had success getting tiny scratches out of your Apple Watch screen? So far I've tried toothpaste and a Magic Eraser with a little success, but I can still see the scratch. I'm wondering if clear nail polish or a windshield repair kit would take the rest of the scratches out but I'm nervous that will make it worse. Are there companies that buffer/polish Apple watch faces? I've been told Apple only replaces screens.
