Contacts missing from iMac after OS restore

I restored iMac back to Mojave after a Catalina Beta reboot from ****. My contacts are missing, they show up at icloud.com, iPhone, iPad, Macbook Pro, etc. Not syncing to my iMac. Messenger is messed up because only phone numbers appear, no names. Please help.
