Apple Music plan change
If my brother and sister leave their subscription plans in order to join into a family subscription with me will they lose all their downloaded songs?

You get to keep your individual library and playlists. Your downloaded songs will stay valid if the transition is seamless (without gap of being unsubscribed). You don’t have to cancel your existing subscription, as it will be canceled automatically (for the same Apple ID).
