I'm trying to change my current Apple ID(3rd Party) to my iCloud email. Everytime I try though, I get a message saying "Your Apple ID cannot be updated at this time. Please try again later".
I just read the article, and I realized that my iCloud address was created within the last 30 days and that might be the reason. Appreciate your help, thank you!
Device or computer? Do you have access to another network where you can try?
Tried through my iPhone settings and the Apple website on my computer. On my phone, I got a message saying, "You can only add the @icloud.com address that is already on file in your account." Also, I don't think I'd be able to access another network.
As the message stated, you can only use the iCloud email address that is currently listed on your account.
Note the restrictions in the article.
