walkie talkie on watch series 3

Hi there,

I have a watch series 3 and my friend just bought the same one like mine.

she attempted couple times to invite me on walkie talkie but it said I don't have an apple watch.

do you know how to set it up on watch?

my friend did not set up anything but it was on by it self but I couldn't (?)
