Bootable USB macos Mojave failed on macbook pro

Hi everyone,

I have recently erased my macbook pro's hard drive in order to reset it to factory settings and reinstalling macos Mojave. I have made a bootable usb for mojave on windows 10 using Transmac application. But when I plug in the usb drive and startup my mac, after holding Option key, nothing appears and I can not install mojave again.

I would appreciate if someone could help me.

I have to mention that when I erased my hard drive I chose APFS format for it.
