Photostream and icloud

The photos from my iphone sometimes transfer to my computer automatically and sometimes they randomly stop. They stopped on july 6th and I cant egt the new photos to automaticlaly go to my computer. I cannot upload them because I dont have a USB port on this computer. I bought more icloud storage and turned on my photostream from my phone and my computer. It still wont show up. PLEASE HELP this **** is so annoying.
