app is not optimized for your mac and needs to be updated

why I keep getting this error message almost every time i tend to use any application in my mac or when i turn on my mac any fixes?

This "warning" is telling you that these apps are most likely 32-bit apps. If you plan on eventually upgrading to macOS Catalina when it is released, these apps will not be supported.
