I can’t add gmail to my mail

Hey guys , I’m having an issue adding gmail to my accounts. When I try to add, the google button is unresponsive also tried for yahoo and aol as well .

Can anyone help me out here , I’ve also tried adding the account as a Microsoft enterprise account but while it allows in , it can’t fetch any data .

Ive just done an erase to try and make this work .
