network connectivity

i am using a brand new iphone7 imported from a gulf country. i have created a new apple id and configured my i phone usable. now i'm facing issues with my cellular data, when i connect my phone over wifi it's ok to use apple store and app store and all other websites through safari. But when i switch my network to mobile data facing difficulties to use some websites and not able to access apple services at all. my os is ios 12.4.
