Unable to access 4G in International roaming

My iPhone X does not register on 4G network whilst on international roaming. It however registers on 3G network only. No issues from the service provider side as the same SIM card used on other instruments registers on 4G network. I however am able to use 4G services on home network though.

Can someone help me with any settings to be checked or changed whilst on international roaming?

Hello,

Get help when you have roaming issues during international travel

  1. Turn on Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds. Then turn it off again and let your iPhone select the best network automatically.
  2. If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone, open Settings and tap Mobile Data, Cellular or Cellular Data. Tap Mobile Data Options and make sure Data Roaming is turned on. Then, to check that international roaming is turned on for your account, contact your network provider.
  3. If the date and time are wrong after you've arrived, go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Make sure Set Automatically is turned on.

Still need help? If so, here's what to do:

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Network and turn off Automatic. Wait until available networks appear, which may take two minutes.
  2. Tap the network provider you want.
  3. Go back to the main Settings screen and wait for your iPhone or iPad to connect to the network.
  4. If you still need help, try a different SIM card or contact your network provider for more information.

If this process helped you, could you please mark the "Helpful" button?

Kind regards.
