I’ve researched multiple forums, and I am able to use handoff from iPad to iPhone, but not the other way around.
I've tried following all the setup steps, turning all the switches off and back on again, I’m connected to same WiFi and bluetooth on both devices. Any suggestions?
Never mind I figured it out. My Safari on my phone was on private mode. I turned it off and it works.

Are you not using the same Apple ID?

I am using the same Apple ID for both devices. As I mentioned it works iPad to iPhone, but not iPhone to iPad. It seems like if it works one way it should work both ways.
Also my devices are on the compatibility lists
