iPad 6th gen iOS 12.4 Server not responding

I have a new (few months) iPad 6th generation with iOS 12.4. I can’t get through a day without dealing with extremely slow page loading if at all. Have reset network settings multiple times and cleared history and website data. Now, even right after resetting network settings and rebooting I still have problems. Help, please!

It sounds like you have issues with your internet router. Contact your internet provider.
