Mac High Sierra Calendar "get info" no appearing

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) running High Sierra 10.14.6, and when I got up this morning, I discovered that I could no longer info on a calendar entries' info by double-clicking or choosing "Get Info" by right-mouse clicking on the event. I have restarted the computer and this is still the case. Anyone know how to fix this?

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
