Can’t hear caller
Out of the blue my phone speaker was enabled and I can’t not hear caller and the caller can’t hear me. Phone is also constantly freezing up. I have reset several times and still nothing. iPhone 7 Plus

If no help, try a factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
