I have tried everything but Sira does not respond to my command nor does talk to text work on my iphoneX

Click here to set it right --> If Siri or "Hey Siri" isn't working - Apple Support

If the above does not work and if the iPhone is supervised by your organisation / corporate then contact the system administrator
