iCloud Storage Space being Hogged by 'Documents & Data' - Culprit is RESERVE SPACE - need tech support

Have 77.2GB of RESERVE SPACE taken up in 'Documents & Data' in iCloud. Cannot access any content there as it is empty. Apple support needed to remove this RESERVE SPACE.

"Your iCloud storage is full" and I do not have any file on icloud Hi, for last couple of months I have issue that "my icloud storage is full", I'm on free plan and when I check I see that i have 5.6gb(documents, everything else is like 100mb) used out of 5gb. I use icloud on my mac and ipad- I removed all files on both devices, I do not have backup set, when I go to https://www.icloud.com/ and check my icloud drive it's empty but I still have message that it's full... So, any idea what can be the issue?
