Bluetooth Driver missing in Windows 10

Problem:

I am trying to connect bluetooth devices to my Mac while running Windows 10 but cannot do so.

The Bluetooth option does not appear in the Action Center and it also does not appear as an option in the Device Manager.

Is it possible that the driver is completely missing? If so, how do I go about adding it. Thanks.
