Hi my son purchased from coin master packs I want refund them I was speak earlier with apple they said cannot refunded but few times they refun

Note that normally Apple does not issue refunds but they do make exceptions. However, if you request refunds on a regular basis they may stop making exceptions for you since it is likely to only be granted in exceptional cases.

"All Transactions are final" (check terms at: http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). Apple does refund on a case by case basis, but they can also refuse.

A few months ago I had installed a hotspot protector and also a music app .. it was free and I didn’t know it would be charged to my account after a while. It ended up over drafting my account for about 2 months before my husband caught it and caused financial problems we almost lost our car.we are disabled and on a fixed income.. please respond..

PkennonNana: Many "free" apps have trial subscriptions that automatically turn into paid subscriptions. Just as it is necessary to periodically check your house for physical integrity, or go to a dentist and doctor for check-ups, so it is necessary to check accounts. Two months is a long time to go without having noticed this. You can ask Apple for a refund (see the link I posted two months ago) but they can say no.
