USB ports are not working properly.

I have macBook 2018 with 4 ports and my problems are:

1. When I connect to the first port it starts to warm up. Charging from this port does not work.
2. When I connect to another port an external monitor to the third port, problems begin in the work of WIFI.
3. I have another one, whenI connect an external monitor to this port it doesn`t work. But the charging works and the usb devices can be connected

Can someone tell me what the problem is and what to do in such cases. Thanks!
