On your device just go to Settings > General > Software Update. You should be able to update from any wi-fi connection.

Disable or uninstall any antivirus or firewall software you have installed on your PC. It can interfere with the update process. The download probably isn't corrupt, the problem is probably your security software.

I tried all possible solutions until I deleted the security software and stopped even the firewall of windows and windows defender but still the same problem and on more 3 different computers on the same network

Then do as I suggested to begin with. Try using a different network. Go to the library or McDonald's or Starbucks, or wherever you can connect to another network and try it from there.
