Strange Audio Situation on Mac

So i had some work done on my Mac Pro (2012) that I use mainly for audio recording with an external USB audio interface and now I have a strange audio situation. Logic Pro (DAW) is working just fine, input AND output thru my powered JBL monitors. However, no other apps on the MAC have audio output thru USB. Itunes, Safarri with Youtube, nothing but Logic is working. I have no idea what has changed, but need to figure out why Logic is working and nothing else is....

No, it shows my device and as I note, this seems to be something that is application specific as Logic Pro on the mac is routing audio correctly to the external USB interface, its all the other applications that are not routed to USB even tho USB is clearly working and selected in Audio Preferences. It has me stumped as I don't believe that MAC has application specific audio routing..... it must be going somewhere, but not to USB
