Never got my Mac repair shipping box

I have recently paid apple to send me a repair box for my Mac air. It never came and I don’t know where it was actually sent too?

I need a new box to send in my MacBook Pro for repair. I have a pending repair request for my MacBook Pro (16”) I’m waiting for the box from you to send it in. It says it was delivered but it wasn’t, I’ve been checking every day! Can you please send me a new box so that I can send it in for repair? Well, we're all other users here and do not have access to your account, so you will need to contact Apple - the same dept. you had contacted previously - and ask what happened to the box, confirm your address, etc.
