Never got my Mac repair shipping box
I have recently paid apple to send me a repair box for my Mac air. It never came and I don’t know where it was actually sent too?

Well, we're all other users here and do not have access to your account, so you will need to contact Apple - the same dept. you had contacted previously - and ask what happened to the box, confirm your address, etc.
