I figured it out. Plugged the SSD in a windows, installed the T3 software, took off the password, went back to my Mac, re-installed the software and worked!!

I have a thought, but I don't know if it will work. Did the T1 work OK with your previous OS? If so,
do you have a Time Machine backup or a bootable clone of your system before you installed Mojave. You could restore your system from the Time Machine backup or boot your bootable clone. If your Samsung Portable SSD software now works disable your Protection Password that you set. Do not reenable it again. The password protection feature is what is making your T1 inaccessible in Mojave.
Now upgrade to Mojave again or boot back to your Mojave drive and see if you can access your T1.
From Samsung's website, it seems they have kind of abandoned software support for the T1.
Is it external drive or internal? Can you please add some more information like screenshots?
External Samsung Portable SSD T1.
Mac recognizes it in Finder, once I go to the Driver to open it, and enter the password (like I always did) the Drivers opens up and shuts down fast, doesn’t let me open it and enter my password.
this driver won't open to access the SSD
