i cant login my apple Id

when i am login my apple id to app store it need two factor key for verification and the notification is coming to my mobile but not on mac screen that i have to entry 6 digit numbers?

I am not able to login to App Store because it ask for two factor authentication , and i dont have any trusted device. I only have Mac in which I want to sign in. Apple ID - App Store log in issue So I just wanted to download the new OS from the app store and when I typed in my Apple id password with correct characters and no mistakes it says it’s incorrect, even though I typed it without mistakes. Because of this, I changed my password. Then after putting my new password, again without any mistakes, it still says it’s incorrect. It even gives me a two factor verification code on my iphone and it still keeps saying it is incorrect. It works on my phone but not on my MacBook. How do i fix it?

App Store - Two factor authentication problem I delete my MacOs and I tried to reinstall. First, the device started to setup OS X 10.9.5. After that I tried to install updates like macOS Mojave, I tried to login to my account. It says "An Apple ID verification code is required to sign in. Type your password followed by the verification code shown on your other devices." After I followed the verification code shown on my iPhone and I entered the code and it says "Your password was entered incorrectly more than once. For your protection, you will need to retrieve it before continuing to use the App Store." I changed my password and result is same. I couldn't find a solution. I couldn't update my device because of I couldn't login to App Store. Can you help?
