Transfer of Apple Care to a New Laptop

Hello Everyone.

I purchased a MacBook Pro three weeks ago. I purchased the Apple Care for it, as well.

This week, I exchanged it for more RAM and Space (32 GB and 1TB HD). Now, I want to transfer the Apple Care Plan from the old to the new Laptop. Please help.

It is very very frustrating getting help online Apple and they do not have live chats (or they do but I do not know how to access it).

Please help me out.

Thank you in advance.

There is a limited 30 days to transfer:

Transfer applecare to new device

If you sell or give away your Apple device, you can also transferthe ownership of your AppleCareProtection Plan or AppleCare+ in regions that allow it. You can also transferyour AppleCarecoverage plan between your own devicesthat are the same type of product and within 30 days of your original devicepurchase.
