I have a new iphone XR, but I had a problem with the ring volume get lowered by itself , but thanks to you it was solved, so can you please help me in this problem too.
The issue is that I can't I lower or raise the ring volume by the volume buttons while the phone is ringing, whenever i try it makes the phone silent
By the way the " Change with buttons" is on

Is there a reason you are you wanting to change the volume it is ringing at while the phone is ringing vs just muting it like it currently does? You can submit product feedback to Apple about this as a possible future feature
There is no way to change the ringer volume while it is ringing. It mutes the ringtone for convenience to stop the phone from making noise.
Oh, I can only use the volume buttons when the phone isn't ringing.
