using an ipad to watch a movie on a projector

I downloaded The Greatest Showman for a Dive-in movie night. When I attach my ipad to the projector with the lightning adapter, I get a message that says, ""The Digital AV Adapter doesn't support HDR movies. To watch this movie, you can stream it in SDR instead."

I do not want to stream because of buffering issues. What is the solution?
